In these terms and conditions "The Company" means RedSwanPress. "Goods" mean the Goods covered by our invoice or order and "The Customer" means the person(s) or establishment shown on the invoice order as being liable to pay for the Goods.

PAYMENT & PRICES

Prices are as stated on the www.redswanpress.com website and are quoted in UK Sterling.

Credit card payments will be authorised and claimed via the secure Worldpay system. Payments made by credit or debit card at www.redswanpress.com will appear as 'REDSWANGROUPLTD' on bank and credit card statements.  

Payments made by Paypal at www.redswanpress.com will appear as 'REDSWANGROUPLTD' on paypal statements.

For orders placed by invoice, payment is required 30 days from receipt of invoice.

The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts accruing on a daily basis from the date the payment is due until the date on which payment is received as cleared funds. The rate of interest charged will be equal to 4% above the prevailing National Westminster PLC base rate.

Whilst we make every effort to hold prices, we reserve the right to amend them without notice. RedSwanPress reserves the right to substitute component parts of collections with books of equal value and subject/ genre relevance without prior notification.

TITLE

Ownership of the Goods will remain with The Company until payment has been received in full, for all debts owing by The Customer to The Company, in cash or cleared funds.

The Customer will ensure that the Goods are securely stored, protected from damage and insured. Until such time as payment is made, The Customer will hold all Goods supplied as agent for The Company.

Where payment for the Goods remains outstanding beyond the due date, The Company shall have the right to enter upon any premises of The Customer where the Goods may be found, for the purpose of recovering possession of the Goods. The Customer agrees to pay The Company all costs of repossession.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you do not have to keep it.  Please just contact us within 14 days of delivery. Books must be returned in mint condition so please make sure they are stored and packed up carefully, ideally in the original packaging. In the rare case of the goods arriving in faulty condition, please do let us know as soon as possible when they arrive and in any case within 14 days in order to be eligible for return.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

If you have purchased a digital download but have not started to download it, you have a 14-day right to change your mind and receive a refund, just let us know by calling or emailing customer services. However, once the digital download has started there is no longer a right to a refund unless the goods are shown to be faulty.

While we reserve the right to substitute titles in collections that are no longer available for other suitable titles of equivalent educational value, and suitability for the collection, we will contact you if there is a significant price change.  Should you not be happy with this substitution, please contact us directly and we will arrange a replacement or refund for this individual book.

The Company does not supply goods on approval or inspection without prior discussion and arrangement with an agent of the company.

If you are an amazon prime member delivery will be free. Free delivery is also available for orders over £10.00 and for orders across the same category that total over £20.00.

Otherwise, Amazon charge £3.99 for delivery to your specified address or £2.99 for delivery to an Amazon Prime locker or pick-up location.

RedSwanPress will use its best endeavors to supply Goods within 10 working days. However, The Company shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever suffered or caused through late delivery or non-delivery.

All orders will be supplied carriage-paid to the delivery address shown on the face of the invoice.* Risk of loss and/or damage (but not title) to Goods supplied by The Company will pass to The Customer upon receipt of delivery.

The Customer must make notification of short or over deliveries to The Company, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt of Goods. The Company will not issue credits for any claims of short deliveries or accept returns of over deliveries which are notified to The Company outside this period.

International Delivery

Delivery charges will apply for international orders and you will be quoted a delivery price once we have received your order, postage is charged according to weight.
